• Maintain accurate organized records and archives of all bought and development samples, trims, and seasonal fabrics

• Serve as source of communication for approvals of fabric orders for custom program.

• Attend fit sessions with Design and Tech team.

• Attend meetings with mills / trim vendors to make selection for season.

• Attend weekly buyer phone calls

• Work with Product Development to achieve accurate final outcome of garments

• Organize and Review lab dips and developments for approval/corrections

• Manage completion and hand off of tech packs to agents/vendors

• Work with Merchants, Designers and Agents / Vendors to determine the cost of the product and ensure cost targets

• Serve as primary source of contact for all Agents / Vendors during development, including communication of approvals, corrections, deadlines and product costing
